I was suffering from a slipped disc (L2) that inhibited a lot of daily function and caused me consistent pain. For nearly four months doctors and physical therapists only offered little short-term relief. Rebecca provided a comfortable and healing experience through Pilates where I gained a stronger understanding and better feeling for the interconnected nature of the human body as she guided me through the movements. Regular sessions on a weekly basis were paramount to the expedient recovery I saw. Through the process of healing my slipped disc, we also discovered other imbalances within my body that have been worked on and helped prevent further injury.
